Xero Accounting Software Expert

Job Opening: Bilingual Xero Training Specialist (Spanish/English) We are seeking a highly skilled Xero expert who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. This role is primarily focused on training and developing our accounting team in San Luis Potosí on the effective use of Xero. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and hands-on experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable. However, the core responsibility (100% focus) of this position is to lead training sessions, build processes, and ensure our team becomes fully proficient in Xero. Key Responsibilities: Train and mentor our San Luis Potosí team on Xero accounting software Develop training materials and workflows tailored to our operations Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proper system usage Assist with best practices in AR/AP within Xero Requirements: Advanced expertise in Xero accounting software Fluency in both Spanish and English Strong understanding of accounting principles (AR/AP experience preferred) Experience in training, coaching, or implementing accounting systems This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and building strong accounting systems.
