Xero x Spreadsheet Automation

Current situation: * We operate 3 warehouses. * Physical inventory is already recorded and updated in an existing spreadsheet. * The same products may be stored differently across warehouses. For example, inventory may be recorded as "unpacked" in Xero, while physically it has already been packed at one warehouse. * This creates differences between the physical stock records and Xero. What we need: * Connect our existing spreadsheet directly to Xero. * Automatically update/sync products and inventory information from the spreadsheet into Xero. * Handle inventory across all 3 warehouses. * Ensure the information recorded in Xero matches the physical inventory recorded by our warehouse team. * Minimize or eliminate manual data entry. * Create a reliable automation that can continue running after setup. We are open to using the Xero API, Make, Zapier, Apps Script, or another suitable integration method. Ideally the lowest cost is better.
