Yardi Configuration and Custom Reports Design

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager 7S consultant for a one-time project covering four scopes of work: (1) configuring user menus and role-based permissions/security groups across accounting and operations modules; (2) reviewing and updating existing approval workflows, including threshold-based AP routing and segregation-of-duties rules; (3) updating or rebuilding commercial tenant statement and invoice templates to align with our lease structures (CAM, percentage rent, base rent); and (4) building/configuring a Variance Report (budget vs. actual) with appropriate GL account groupings for monthly reporting. Candidates must have hands-on experience specifically with Yardi Voyager 7S (not Genesis, Breeze, or RentCafe) and familiarity with commercial real estate accounting concepts; experience with Financial Statement Designer and Account Trees is a plus.
