We’re looking for a reliable and experienced YouTube Channel Manager to join our YouTube media company on a long-term basis. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations Upload and schedule videos Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata Research competitors and content trends Monitor analytics, CTR, retention, and overall performance Suggest new content ideas based on channel data Coordinate with editors, thumbnail designers, and writers Maintain content schedules and deadlines Continuously look for ways to improve channel growth Requirements Previous experience managing YouTube channels Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics Good knowledge of thumbnails, titles, CTR, and audience retention Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines Experience with faceless YouTube channels is a strong plus Ability to work independently and communicate consistently Budget: $500/month We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity and capable of taking ownership of the channels rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
