YouTube Channel Manager – True Crime / Police Bodycam Channel

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to manage and grow a true crime / police bodycam channel. The content style will be similar to channels such as Explore With Us, Dr. Insanity, Midwest Safety, Law&Crime BodyCam, and PoliceActivity. IMPORTANT – Relevant Experience Required Do not apply unless you have direct experience working on true crime, police bodycam, interrogation, crime documentary, or very closely related YouTube channels. Generic YouTube management or social media management experience is not enough. We are specifically looking for someone who understands this niche, including: * Finding strong bodycam and true crime cases with viral potential * Researching cases and sourcing usable footage * Understanding public records/bodycam footage and copyright considerations * Creating compelling video concepts, titles, thumbnails and hooks * Structuring long-form videos for strong audience retention * Working with editors, scriptwriters and voiceover artists * YouTube SEO and channel optimization * Uploading, scheduling and managing videos * Analyzing CTR, retention, watch time and other channel metrics * Understanding what makes channels like Explore With Us and Dr. Insanity successful You should be capable of taking a video from idea → research → production → thumbnail/title → upload → performance analysis.
