# YouTube Content Strategist & Coach I’m looking for an experienced **YouTube Content Strategist & Coach** to help grow my personal brand and YouTube channel. The channel is primarily **how-to and educational talking-head content** focused on entrepreneurship, making money online, investing, online businesses, financial freedom, and working from anywhere. This is not primarily a video editing role. I’m looking for someone who can help improve the entire content process from idea to published video. ## Responsibilities * Research and develop strong video ideas * Improve video angles, hooks, and storytelling * Create outlines and help with scripting * Develop clickable titles and thumbnail concepts * Research competitors and successful formats * Improve pacing and audience retention * Review analytics and identify what is and isn’t working * Help build an ongoing YouTube growth strategy ## Ideal Candidate You understand **educational and talking-head YouTube content**, including CTR, retention, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and scripting. **You must have either built your own YouTube channel to 100,000+ subscribers or directly coached/helped grow another creator’s channel to 100,000+ subscribers.** Experience with business, finance, entrepreneurship, or personal-brand creators is a major plus. I’m looking for someone who can challenge my ideas, suggest better angles, and become a strategic partner for the channel.
