YouTube Editor Needed for Golf Vlog Channel (Monthly, Ongoing)

Channel: GWIP (Golf With Interesting People) — youtube.com/@GWIPGolf About the project: GWIP is a golf YouTube channel where my husband Kenny and my daughter Kate play golf matches with friends and get to know them along the way. We’re looking for a skilled editor to turn our raw footage into a polished, engaging ~30-minute episode once a month, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship as the channel grows. What we need: • Edit raw golf round footage (multiple camera angles/GoPro + interview-style audio) into a well-paced 15-20 min episode • Clean cuts, tightened pacing (trim dead time between shots without losing the natural conversation/personality) • Basic motion graphics: scorecards, hole number/par overlays, lower-third name tags for guests • Color correction/grading for outdoor daylight footage • Clean audio mixing (wind noise reduction, leveling between mic and ambient audio) • Captions/subtitles • Custom intro/outro (or work with a template we provide) • Deliver in a format optimized for YouTube (thumbnail-ready export, correct resolution/aspect ratio) Nice to have: • Experience editing golf, sports, or outdoor vlog content • Comfortable suggesting pacing/storytelling improvements, not just cutting what’s given • Can turn around a full episode within 7–10 days Project details: • Frequency: Monthly, ongoing • Raw footage per episode: approx. 6 hours • Footage delivery: Dropbox • Budget: $300–$600 per video to start, with room to grow as the channel scales To apply, please share: • 1–2 examples of golf, sports, or vlog-style edits you’ve done • Your typical turnaround time per video • Your rate per video
