YouTube Long-Form Interview Podcast & Short Form Content Producer

Seeking a producer for a long-form interview podcast with minimal editing to the episodes, but extracted short form content for YouTube and social media promotion. I'm looking to develop a long-term working relationship with someone whose timeliness and quality I can trust. I currently release one 80-120 minute episode per week, but plan to increase the output once wget a feel for working with each other. Workflow and responsibilities are as follows: I record episodes in Riverside(I have about 7 more unedited episodes from Zoom awaiting editing still). You'll have access to the episode's files in Riverside, and a draft of the show notes from me. You: -Improve the audio with Riverside's magic audio feature, not removing anything; just improving the quality of the audio, aside from the rare occasion where I may have a connection hiccup that needs to be removed. In 113 episodes, this has only happened 2 or 3 times. -Add an intro animation I already have to the beginning of the episode, and make a clean cut to the verbal intro, and another into the actual conversation. -Make a clean cut to my verbal outro of the episode, and remove any conversation with the guest that occurs after that between me and the guest. -Create 3-5 high-impact shorts from the conversation for use as YouTube shorts and social media reels. -Handle uploading to YouTube and rss.com, where the audio-only version of the show is hosted. Include SEO optimization on YouTube, like meta data tags, etc, and upload a thumbnail I provide. -Deliver the files to me so I can handle social media and have access to them in the future.
