Overview I'm the owner of a digital marketing agency, and one of our clients has a well-established YouTube channel with over 200,000 subscribers. We're looking for an experienced YouTube expert who can help us navigate a unique monetization and backend setup question before we move forward. This is likely a one-time paid consultation (30–90 minutes), with the potential for additional consulting if needed. Background Our client previously had a YouTube channel that was terminated in 2016. Because of this, they've intentionally avoided monetizing their current channel out of concern that connecting the same AdSense account, bank account, or other backend information could negatively impact their existing channel. This is the first time our agency has managed a YouTube channel at this scale, and we want to ensure we're making the correct decisions before enabling monetization. The client is very private, so I can't publicly share the channel name. More details will be provided after an NDA or once we've identified the right consultant. What We're Looking For Someone with deep experience in YouTube backend management, including: YouTube Partner Program AdSense setup and ownership Channel ownership and Brand Accounts Monetization best practices YouTube policies regarding previously terminated channels Creator business structure and account setup Large creator or business YouTube channels Questions We'd Like Help Answering Some of the questions we'd like to discuss include: Could connecting the same bank account or AdSense account from a previously terminated channel create risk for the current channel? What is the safest way to structure monetization? Should a new AdSense account or business entity be considered? Are there any YouTube policies we should be aware of before enabling monetization? Are there best practices for managing ownership and permissions for a business-managed YouTube channel? Ideal Candidate Please reach out if you have experience working with established YouTube channels, creator businesses, media companies, or agencies. Experience with YouTube backend operations is more important to us than general YouTube growth advice. When applying, please include: A brief summary of your experience Examples of YouTube channels or creators you've worked with (if you're able to share) Why you believe you're qualified to advise on this situation We look forward to finding someone who can help us make the right long-term decision.
