YouTube Stream Clipper / Short-Form Video Editor I’m a content creator/streamer looking for a long-term clipper who can turn my livestreams into high-volume short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. I currently stream primarily on YouTube and may expand to Kick/Twitch. Rate: $8–$12/hour Starting Hours: 5–10 hours/week Potential: More hours + performance bonuses for editors who consistently produce strong clips. What You’ll Do Your job is NOT just to edit clips I send you. I need someone who can watch through my livestreams, understand my personality/content, and find the moments worth clipping. You’ll: * Watch/review livestream footage * Identify funny, entertaining, relatable, or viral-worthy moments * Turn those moments into vertical short-form videos * Create strong title hooks * Add clean captions/subtitles * Use zooms, cuts, sound effects, memes, etc. when they actually improve the video * Export finished clips ready for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok * Produce multiple clips from each stream I’m looking for quantity AND quality. The goal isn’t to spend 3 hours making one heavily edited video. I want someone who can efficiently find great moments and turn them into clean, engaging clips. Content Style Think modern streamer/creator content: Funny interactions, IRL moments, reactions, conversations, challenges, awkward moments, storytelling, relatable moments, unexpected situations, and personality-driven content. You should understand Gen Z/internet humor and what makes someone stop scrolling. Performance Bonuses Your hourly rate is guaranteed. On top of that, I want to reward clips that perform exceptionally well. Potential bonuses may include: * 50K+ views * 100K+ views * 250K+ views * 500K+ views * 1M+ views Specific bonus amounts will be discussed with selected editors. As the platform grows, there will be opportunities for more hours, higher rates, and additional bonuses. Who I’m Looking For You don’t need a huge portfolio.
