YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed – 30 Thumbnails/Month – Long-Term Work

I'm looking for a talented YouTube thumbnail designer for a long-term YouTube automation channel. I will be uploading one long-form video every day, so I need approximately 30 thumbnails per month. The channel is a long-form YouTube content channel with a consistent visual style. I'm looking for a designer who can create professional, attention-grabbing thumbnails optimized for high click-through rates. I will provide selected candidates with private reference examples showing the exact style, composition, and quality I'm looking for. More information about the channel and creative direction will be shared privately after shortlisting. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: • 1 thumbnail per day / approximately 30 per month • Strong understanding of YouTube thumbnails and CTR • Clean, professional, attention-grabbing designs • Ability to recreate a reference style while developing a consistent look for my channel • Good Photoshop/photo manipulation skills • Experience working with AI-generated characters/images is a plus • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, contrast, and readable text • Fast and reliable communication • Ability to deliver consistently on a daily schedule • Willingness to make reasonable revisions when necessary BUDGET: My starting budget is $200 per month for 30 thumbnails. I understand this may not fit every designer's rates. I'm specifically looking for someone interested in consistent, long-term volume rather than occasional one-off thumbnail projects. If the channel grows and performs well, there will be an opportunity to increase the budget/rate over time. TEST: Before committing to the full month, I'd like to start with a small PAID test.
