The video was professionally edited ($1,000 budget), and now I need a high-level YouTube Packaging Specialist to create 1 main high-CTR custom thumbnail (plus 1 alternative variant for A/B testing) and 3–5 high-curiosity, SEO-friendly video titles. What You Will Be Responsible For: 1. Custom Thumbnail Creation: Design a sharp, high-contrast, clickable 1920x1080 thumbnail that showcases the Red Oak Toolbox and highlights the unique lock mechanism. (Deliver primary version + 1 variant for A/B testing). 2. Title & Packaging (SEO + CTR): Craft 3 to 5 video title options optimized for both YouTube search (woodworking/maker keywords) and high click-through rates (curiosity/storytelling hooks). 3. Assets Provided: High-resolution project photos, raw video stills, logo files, and a short summary/preview clip of the build. Requirements: 1. Proven portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (preferably in the maker, DIY, woodworking, or craft space). 2. Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, bold typography, color contrast, and CTR principles. 3.
