We’re looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer / Thumbnail Specialist to create high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails for a growing physician, education, motivation, fitness, and lifestyle YouTube channel. The goal is simple: create thumbnails that increase click-through rate, stand out in the YouTube feed, and make viewers want to click immediately without looking overly clickbait or off-brand. We are especially interested in designers who understand thumbnails in the medical, education, self-improvement, fitness, business, motivational, or lifestyle niches.
