YouTube Thumbnail Designer

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to create YouTube thumbnails for my cooking channel on an ongoing monthly basis. This is real cooking content — I film and cook every recipe myself — so authenticity matters alongside strong click-through performance. What I'll provide for each thumbnail: Photos (of me and/or the food) The exact text/words that need to appear on the thumbnail What you'll be responsible for: Deciding the composition, layout, and text placement Producing a clean, professional, high-click-through thumbnail Delivering final files at 3840×2160 (true 4K, 16:9) — a large portion of my audience watches on TV, so image quality at that resolution matters A couple things that matter a lot to me: The food needs to be a true likeness of the actual dish. However you get there is up to you — it just has to genuinely look like what I cooked. My face needs to be preserved as me — I'm fine with small touch-ups (smoothing, whitening, that kind of thing), but at the end of the day it needs to still look like a real, unedited photo of a real person. I don't want to look fake or "AI-ish." I just want it to look like me, looking good. I'm completely open to whatever tools or workflow you use to get there — AI, Photoshop, whatever. I only care about the final result.
