Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor (Monthly Retainer) I’m looking for a high-level video editor to become a long-term part of my team on a monthly retainer. I create content focused on real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, personal finance, and business, and I’m looking for someone who can produce content that grabs attention, keeps viewers engaged, and drives growth across multiple platforms. What You’ll Edit * Instagram Reels * TikTok videos * YouTube Shorts * Long-form YouTube videos (8–20+ minutes) The Style I’m Looking For I’m looking for editing that is fast-paced, engaging, and designed to maximize watch time and retention.
