I'm looking for one creative editor/content producer who wants to grow with the brand from the beginning. What You'll Do Each week you'll help turn my raw footage into engaging content. Typical deliverables include: Edit 1 long-form YouTube video or podcast Edit 1 lifestyle or outdoor YouTube video Create 4–7 Shorts/Reels Add captions, music, graphics, and simple motion effects Clean audio Find the best moments for short-form content Suggest titles and thumbnail ideas Maintain a clean, modern editing style What I'm Looking For You are someone who: Has experience editing YouTube videos Understands storytelling and viewer retention Can edit podcasts and long-form content Creates engaging Shorts from long videos Communicates well and meets deadlines Wants a long-term partnership Experience with any of these niches is a plus: Outdoor content Hunting & fishing Homesteading Fitness Farming & gardening Documentary or vlog-style YouTube You do not need to hunt or have experience with every topic. The Style I want the content to feel: Clean Modern Authentic Story-driven Cinematic when appropriate High quality without feeling overproduced Think more YouTube documentary than flashy social media edits.
