YouTube Video Editor – Faceless Factory / Manufacturing Channel – Ongoing Work
Worldwide
I'm looking for a skilled long-form YouTube video editor for an established, monetised faceless YouTube channel focused on factories, manufacturing and how products are made. The channel has 20,000+ subscribers and several successful videos with hundreds of thousands of views, including one with over 900,000 views. I'm looking for someone who can handle the majority of the production process independently and require *minimal management from me*. What I Will Provide * Finished video script * The name of the ElevenLabs voice to use * Any specific instructions where necessary What You Will Do You will be responsible for turning the script into a complete, upload-ready YouTube video, including: * Using ElevenLabs to generate the voiceover using the voice I specify * Checking the voiceover for pronunciation errors, strange pauses or generation mistakes * Researching and sourcing suitable high-quality footage * Editing the complete video * Accurately matching footage to what is being discussed in the narration * Adding appropriate factory/machinery sounds * Adding graphics, maps, statistics or on-screen information where useful * Creating a strong opening hook * Maintaining good pacing and viewer retention throughout * Quality checking the finished video before delivery You should already be comfortable using ElevenLabs and be able to generate the voiceover yourself. Videos will generally be approximately 8–12 minutes long. IMPORTANT – Footage Requirements These requirements are essential: * NO AI-generated video footage * NO repeated footage within the video simply to fill time * NO visible watermarks, channel logos or branding from other YouTube channels * Footage should be high quality and relevant to exactly what is being discussed * Use real factory/manufacturing footage wherever possible * Footage must be sourced responsibly from material you have permission or appropriate rights to use * When using short excerpts from permitted third-party material, clips should generally be kept to approximately *3–5 seconds maximum before changing the visual * Do not take long continuous sections from another creator's video * Footage should come from a variety of suitable sources rather than building the entire video around one or two existing videos * The edit should constantly mix up relevant footage, angles, close-ups, machinery, factory shots and process stages * Do not repeatedly crop, zoom or flip the same piece of footage and present it as different footage * Do not use unrelated stock footage just to fill gaps in the narration I want the finished video to feel original and professionally constructed, not like another YouTube video has simply been cut up and re-uploaded. Editing Style The videos should feel like a professional factory/documentary programme, not random stock footage placed underneath a voiceover. Visual accuracy is extremely important. If the script is discussing a particular manufacturing stage, machine, ingredient or process, the footage should show that process as accurately as reasonably possible. I'm looking for: * Strong and relevant visuals * Excellent footage research * Frequent visual changes where appropriate * Good pacing * A particularly strong first 30–60 seconds * Clean, professional editing * Natural factory/machinery audio where appropriate * Graphics where they genuinely improve the explanation * Minimal unnecessary effects and transitions The aim is to keep the viewer visually interested throughout the entire video while still clearly showing and explaining the manufacturing process. Minimal Management This is particularly important. I'm looking for an editor who can work independently. Once you understand the channel and editing style, I want the workflow to be very simple: I send you the finished script and tell you which ElevenLabs voice to use → you return the completed, upload-ready video. I do not want to spend significant time sourcing footage, generating voiceovers or correcting basic editing issues. There will naturally be some feedback and revisions initially while we establish the style, but the goal is to find someone who can consistently produce the videos without requiring constant direction. Turnaround & Ongoing Work Ideally, videos should be completed within approximately 3–5 days. This is intended to be regular ongoing work for the right editor. To Apply Please send me 2–3 examples of LONG-FORM YouTube videos that you personally edited. Factory, manufacturing, documentary, engineering, science or "How It's Made" style examples are particularly useful. *Please do not send only a showreel, Shorts or TikTok examples. I need to see complete long-form videos. Please also include: * Your price per completed 8–12 minute video * Your normal turnaround time * Whether you have experience using ElevenLabs * Whether you source all required footage yourself * Where you normally source footage * What editing software you use * How many videos you could reliably produce per month I'm looking for a long-term editor who can take ownership of the production process and consistently deliver high-quality videos with minimal management.
