YouTube Video Editor Needed for New Fitness / Adventure / Challenge Channel

I am looking for a long-term YouTube video editor to help edit videos for my channel, **IAmLiminal**. The channel is about growth through action: fitness challenges, travel, trying new things, self-improvement, and adventure-style videos. Examples of videos I am working on: * I Trained Like Cristiano Ronaldo Until I Burned 1,000 Calories * Traveling Solo to the Loneliest Island in the USA * Learning to Ride a bike as an adult * I Went to New York for the First Time * Noob vs One Arm Push-Up * I Tried Ronaldo’s Free Kick for 100 Attempts I am looking for someone who can help turn raw footage into entertaining, fast-paced YouTube videos with strong storytelling. ## What I Need Help With You will help edit long-form YouTube videos, usually around 8–15 minutes. The editing style should include: * Strong hook in the first 15–30 seconds * Good pacing and retention * Cutting boring moments * Funny zooms, sound effects, and reactions * Clean subtitles/captions when needed * B-roll placement * Music selection * Simple motion graphics * Meme-style edits when appropriate * Calorie counters, timers, progress bars, or challenge graphics * Smooth storytelling from beginning to end I do not want basic editing where clips are just placed together. I need someone who understands how to make a video entertaining, WHILE telling a story. ## Ideal Candidate You are a good fit if: * You understand YouTube pacing and retention * You can edit challenge, fitness, travel, or vlog-style videos * You can make videos funny without over-editing * You are creative and can make suggestions * You pay attention to story, not just visuals * You are reliable and communicate clearly * You can meet deadlines * You are interested in a long-term working relationship ## Editing Style References The style should feel like a mix of: * Fitness challenge videos * Travel/adventure vlogs * Ryan Trahan-style storytelling * Biaheza-style humor/pacing * YouTube challenge videos with clean editing and personality I do not want the videos to feel corporate or boring. They should feel fun, energetic, and personal. ## Workload This will start with 1 video as a test project. If it goes well, I want to work together long-term on: * 2–4 long-form videos per month * 12-15 Shorts/Reels/TikToks from the long-form videos per month ## Requirements Please include the following in your application: 1.
