We do not just need someone to cut clips together; we need an AI-first creator who can seamlessly blend traditional video editing with cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-retention, visually stunning YouTube videos and ads. If you love experimenting with prompts and pushing the limits of AI video generation, you will fit right in. What You Will Do -Edit highly engaging YouTube videos and social media ads, focusing on strong hooks, fast pacing, and viewer retention. -Generate and refine custom b-roll, avatars, and visual assets using AI platforms (such as HeyGen, or Adobe Firefly). -Use iterative prompt engineering to create precise, high-quality AI visuals that match our clients' branding. -Handle traditional editing tasks, including audio mixing, color grading, motion graphics, and typography. -Continuously test and implement the newest AI video tools to improve production speed and visual quality. What You Need -Proven experience editing high-performing YouTube content, with a strong portfolio showcasing your pacing and storytelling. -Expert-level proficiency in AI generative tools and advanced prompt engineering. -Mastery of professional editing software, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. -A strong eye for visual branding and the ability to adapt your style for different clients, including home service businesses. -Excellent English communication and a proactive, collaborative attitude
