YouTube Video Essay Editor

I am looking for a long-form video essay editor to grow with my channel! s0 wet s0 dry explores trending topics in sex, relationships, and personal identity from an intersectional feminist lens. If you like internet culture, movies, feminism, and commentary YouTube, this is the perfect role for you. I will edit the first cut of the video, so your job will purely be adding graphics, images, sourcing b-roll, adding sound effects, etc. You will be working off a pre-written script that has all of the research outlined, but you will need to source some images and videos on your own. Absolutely no AI! Creative is very, very important to me, so I'm looking for someone who truly values their craft as an artist. I will create Pinterest boards for each episode, and you can also take design direction from my reels video editor/ graphic designer, but I want someone with a unique perspective who is willing to experiment. You will play a foundational role in this channel and work with my graphic designer to design s0 wet s0 dry's visual brand and style. I want someone who who wants to build with me to make s0 wet s0 dry a top voice in culture and feminism online! Rates are $150 for videos 1 hour - 1 hour 30 min $120 for videos 30 min to 45 min My channel is not monetized yet, which is why my rate is extremely limited. But we are close and growing! If you are successful in the first 2-3 videos, and we mesh well, I will write out a bonus structure to pay out based on views, watch time, and subscriber growth AND I will commit to paying you a percentage of the AdSense funds once I am monetized. Fast turnaround time is important, but flexible. I work a full-time job on top of this, and I'm sure you do, too. The goal is to maintain consistency without burning out. Right now, I edit a video in about a week, so I'm hoping for the same from you, but open to discussion! I don't want to be your "boss," I want to be your collaborator.
