YouTube Video Producer Needed for 2 Million Subscriber Channel

I am seeking a producer to manage the full production of videos for my YouTube channel with nearly 2 million subscribers. Responsibilities include generating relevant ideas, working with our research team to watch dozens of videos and select the best ones for our compilations, reviewing videos from the editor and providing feedback, among other tasks. You will NOT be editing videos or writing scripts. We are looking for someone with significant experience in the role of a producer. This is a part time position as we only post 1 video per week currently on this channel, but if the right person comes along and is hungry to earn and grow the brand there is the possibility to post more and earn more. You will work directly under me and be fully responsible for the full production pipeline and making sure we have a consistent upload schedule.
