YouTube Voiceover Artist / Speaker (Freelance) | Kyiv, Ukraine

Location: Kyiv (hybrid: recordings in our office 2-3 times a month) Occupation: Part-time, per-recording engagement Project: SE Ranking YouTube channel (SEO and AI search education for marketers and SEO professionals from in-house teams and agencies) We are looking for a freelance voiceover artist and speaker for our YouTube channel. The channel covers SEO, AI search, and marketing workflows, with long-form videos built around real experiments, product use cases, and industry shifts. You will receive a ready script and bring it to life: on camera, in voiceover, or both. Recordings happen in our Kyiv office 2-3 times a month, with each session covering one or more videos. What you'll do: - Record long-form YouTube videos (8-15 minutes) from ready scripts: on camera and in voiceover - Record YouTube Shorts and teasers during the same sessions - Deliver lines the way people actually talk: natural pacing, energy, no monotone reading - Work with the script, not just through it: flag lines that don't sound right when spoken and suggest fixes on the spot - Do occasional retakes or pickup lines when a video needs a fix - Keep a consistent on-screen and vocal style across videos so the channel sounds like one person What we're looking for: - 1+ years of experience in voiceover, presenting, or on-camera work - A portfolio or showreel: published videos, voiceover samples, or recordings that show how you sound and hold attention - Excellent verbal English: clear, natural, confident delivery at C1 level or higher - Confident, natural, easy to listen to: you sound like someone who knows the subject, even when you're reading it - Located in Kyiv and able to visit our office for recordings 2-3 times a month - Comfort on camera and natural presence - Ability to take direction during a session and adjust delivery quickly - Reliability: recording days are scheduled in advance and the production chain depends on them Nice to have: - Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or tech topics - Experience recording for YouTube specifically: understanding of pacing for retention - Basic teleprompter experience - Voice training, acting background, or broadcast experience - Experience recording in a studio environment
