YouTube VA for Mindfulness Podcast – Thumbnails, SEO & Shorts Distribution

Hello! I run a YouTube podcast focused on mindfulness and coaching, called "Harmonic Path" on youtube.com. I am looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant / Channel Growth Helper to join my team. I will do all the video editing (long-form and Shorts) myself. Your job will be to take the finished videos and handle the presentation and distribution. Your Tasks / Month: Thumbnail Design: Create 4 high-converting, minimalist, and aesthetically pleasing thumbnails per month for the main episodes (using Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Video SEO & Copywriting: Write optimized, search-friendly titles and descriptions for 4 long videos. Shorts SEO & Posting: Take 6–8 Shorts per month (edited by me), write SEO-optimized titles/descriptions, and post them across YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok (using scheduling tools like Later, Metricool, etc.). Requirements: Proven experience with YouTube Studio and Social Media scheduling tools. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO (especially how to optimize Shorts for search traffic). Reliable, structured, and loves working in a collaborative team setup. Fluency in English.
