Youtube Script Editor, Comedy Commentary

I’m looking for a sharp YouTube script editor to help polish long-form animated comedy commentary scripts. Think character deep dive style youtube videos about Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, etc. The scripts are already researched and structured, with clips, timestamps, and editor notes included. Each script is approximately 2000-3500 words. They will be written by AI, and therefore are in a rough state. Your job is to get them into a final state ready for recording. I need someone to help with the following components of each script: 1) Understand the core thesis argument, and ensure that the prose and clips correctly build a case for the thesis. This is the most important task. 2) Watch each clip and update if required to make sure that the clip used correctly argues the thesis. You can update the clip if it is not a good fit by finding a better clip from the same episode, or a completely different replacement. 3) Finally, improve the prose for retention, joke timing, transitions, authentic reactions and overall voice. In general, the AI writing has a few specific tells that need to be removed, like replacing recap of the clip with reaction, removing ‘not x, not y, but z’ phrasing, and short sentence fragments that sound unnatural when spoken. The style is dark, funny, opinionated, and evidence-driven, closer to a character prosecution and reactions than a recap. This first job will be a paid test edit on 1-2 scripts, but the regular monthly volume will be 8-16 scripts per month. I will provide you with a website access where you can watch the videos. If you use Claude, I will provide you with a very helpful Claude Cowork folder that will help you outsource the clip research efficiently if you ever need to find a better, more convincing clip. It will have the episode summaries from wikipedia and the full episode transcripts with partial speaker attribution in JSON format. This is not a job for someone to ask AI to "improve this youtube script." This is a human pass for better argument, and to improve the human voice.
