Youtube Video Editor Needed (Weekly Work - Long Form Content)

We’re looking for a reliable YouTube video editor to join us for consistent, ongoing weekly work. Our videos are typically 20–40 minutes long, with most averaging around 30 minutes. This is not just basic cutting — we want someone who understands how to make long-form YouTube content engaging and easy to watch. What You’ll Be Editing * 1+ long-form YouTube videos per week * Average video length: ~30 minutes * Business / entrepreneurship / educational-style content * Primarily talking-head footage, potentially mixed with podcast/interview footage Editing Style We’re looking for clean, modern YouTube editing that keeps retention high without being obnoxiously over-edited. This may include: * Removing dead space, mistakes, and unnecessary sections * Clean cuts and pacing * Punch-ins / zooms when appropriate * B-roll * Screenshots / screen recordings * Text and callouts * Simple motion graphics * Sound effects when appropriate * Background music when appropriate * Basic color correction / audio cleanup * Creating a strong opening/hook for the video You should understand storytelling and retention, not just Premiere Pro. What We’re Looking For * Experience editing long-form YouTube videos * Strong sense of pacing and storytelling * Reliable communication * Consistent turnaround times * Ability to take feedback and improve * Attention to detail * Someone interested in a long-term working relationship, not just a one-off project There will be consistent weekly work for the right editor.
