Job Description: Faceless YouTube Channel — Production & Management CoordinatorAbout the channel: We operate a script-led, documentary-style faceless YouTube channel in the history and finance niche. All content is research- and script-driven with no on-camera talent.Your responsibilities: Script Development & Review — Review and polish finished scripts, ensuring clarity, pacing, and adherence to our channel voice. Production Coordination — Manage the full pipeline from script to upload, including hiring and directing freelance editors. Editor & Freelancer Management — Post and manage job listings, shortlist candidates, review portfolios, agree on rates and timelines, and quality-check all delivered edits. Post-Production Oversight — Review edited videos and thumbnails for brand consistency and viewer appeal; confirm audio, pacing, and visuals. Channel Management — Manage scheduling/uploading on YouTube, and keep the content calendar current. What I'm looking for: An organized, detail-oriented coordinator who can run the day-to-day execution so I can focus on research and strategy.
