3D ZBrush Sculptor Needed for Large-Scale CNC Face, Crown & Cave Wall – STL Ready

We are looking for an experienced 3D sculptor / ZBrush artist to create a large-scale sculptural face and headdress that will ultimately be CNC fabricated. We already have reference images showing the design direction. The final installation will be approximately 10'-0" wide × 9'-8" tall on a 6-inch-thick cave/rock-style wall. The main female face/crown composition should dominate the wall, approximately 8' × 8' to 9' × 9' visually, rather than appearing small within the wall. Design direction The female face should look as though it has been sculpted directly out of the stone/cave wall, with a monolithic, ancient archaeological appearance. It should not look like a separate mask simply attached to the wall. The face should have: Soft, refined female facial features Closed eyes A weathered/cracked carved-stone finish An ancient archaeological / discovered-artifact feeling Dimensional facial anatomy with the nose, lips, cheeks, brow, etc. projecting naturally from the stone The crown/headdress should follow the provided reference imagery but must be simplified enough for practical CNC fabrication. VERY IMPORTANT — Crown Spikes The crown spikes must be true 3D forms. They should originate from the crown and project forward/outward into space at different angles. They must NOT be modeled flat against the wall, and the ends of the spikes should NOT touch the cave wall. From the side view, there should be obvious open space between the projecting spikes and the wall. Think of the dimensional principle of the Statue of Liberty crown rather than a flat sunburst attached to a background. The spikes should also be CNC-friendly: thicker, simplified forms with practical bases and limited/repeatable variations rather than dozens of extremely thin or intricate pieces. Jewelry and ornamentation The crown, beads, medallions, hanging ornaments and other decorative elements should retain the feeling of the reference image, but they need to be simplified for CNC fabrication. Avoid excessive tiny beads, filigree, undercuts or micro-details that will be difficult to machine. We want the finished sculpture to look detailed and premium without unnecessary geometry. Required 3D deliverables Complete 3D model of the 10'-0" W × 9'-8" H × 6" thick wall Large integrated sculpted face/crown composition Properly modeled 3D projecting crown spikes CNC-friendly jewelry and ornamentation Front, side and 3/4 views for approval Correct real-world dimensions/scale Clean, watertight/manifold geometry suitable for fabrication CNC-ready STL files Separate components/meshes where required for CNC fabrication and assembly Editable/source 3D file (ZBrush, Blender, Rhino or equivalent) Experience required We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in ZBrush/digital sculpting, realistic human faces, relief sculpture, STL preparation and CNC/3D fabrication. This is not just a rendering project. The final geometry needs to be usable for physical fabrication. Please include examples of previous sculptures, CNC-ready models, large-scale reliefs, 3D-print-ready sculptures, or similar fabrication work. We will provide the attached reference images to clearly communicate the desired face, crown, proportions and side-profile projection. Please confirm in your proposal that you understand that the crown spikes must project forward in 3D and must not lie against or terminate at the wall.
