It is not a Circle, WordPress, Discourse or XenForo forum. Website Toolbox provides a native Zapier integration, webhooks and a REST API. Project Objective We want to create several clearly identified AI-assisted forum contributors, each specializing in a different area of real-world asset tokenization and digital securities. Potential contributor areas include: • RWA market research • Tokenization infrastructure • Regulation and compliance • Institutional adoption • Custody, security and settlement • Real estate and private-credit tokenization • Capital raising and secondary markets • Regional tokenization developments The system should automatically create relevant discussion topics, monitor new forum activity and publish qualified replies under the appropriate AI contributor account. Required Automations 1. AI Contributor Management • Create or connect multiple Website Toolbox user accounts • Maintain each contributor’s username, expertise, instructions, permitted categories and posting limits • Store contributor settings in Zapier Tables, Airtable or another manageable database • Publish topics and replies under the selected contributor’s Website Toolbox username 2. New Topic Creation • Run on configurable schedules • Gather information from approved websites, RSS feeds, regulatory sources and Foundation content • Evaluate whether a development is relevant to the forum • Check for duplicate or substantially similar existing topics • Select the appropriate forum category and AI contributor • Generate a professional title, informative post, source links and discussion question • Publish immediately or route the draft through an approval process 3. Qualified Forum Replies • Trigger when a new Website Toolbox topic or reply is submitted • Retrieve and evaluate the thread’s existing context • Classify the subject and select the appropriate AI contributor • Determine whether an AI reply would add meaningful value • Generate a substantive, topic-specific response • Publish the response through the Website Toolbox integration or API • Support direct responses when a member mentions a particular AI contributor 4. Unanswered Topic Workflow • Identify topics that have received no meaningful response after a configurable period • Generate one relevant response from the appropriate contributor • Prevent outdated topics from being unnecessarily revived 5. Quality and Safety Controls • Prevent AI accounts from replying to one another • Prevent duplicate topics and repetitive responses • Limit the number of automated replies per thread • Establish daily posting limits for each account • Require source links for news, statistics and regulatory claims • Flag legal, regulatory, investment or high-risk content for human approval • Maintain an activity log of generated, approved, rejected and published content • Allow individual contributors and workflows to be paused • Include confidence scoring and minimum publishing thresholds 6. Knowledge and Content Sources The system should be capable of referencing: • Our website and Foundation materials • Approved RWA and digital-securities publications • Regulatory websites • Selected company blogs and press releases • Documents, guidelines and knowledge-base content we provide Initial posts and replies should require human approval. After testing, we may authorize certain low-risk, high-confidence content to publish automatically.
