Zoho Analytics & Zoho Campaigns Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Zoho specialist with experience in Zoho Analytics and Zoho Campaigns to help us improve our reporting, data visibility, and email marketing processes. The ideal candidate will be able to connect and organize data from our Zoho ecosystem, build useful dashboards and reports, and configure effective email campaigns and automation in Zoho Campaigns. Responsibilities: Set up and configure Zoho Analytics for business reporting. Connect relevant Zoho applications and data sources to Zoho Analytics. Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for tracking business performance. Organize and clean data for accurate reporting. Configure Zoho Campaigns for email marketing. Set up mailing lists, segments, campaigns, and automated email journeys. Connect Zoho Campaigns with relevant Zoho applications where required. Monitor campaign performance and reporting. Troubleshoot data synchronization and campaign-related issues. Provide recommendations for improving reporting and email marketing workflows. Requirements: Proven experience with Zoho Analytics. Strong experience with Zoho Campaigns. Experience building business dashboards and reports. Understanding of email marketing automation and segmentation. Experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
