Zoho Books Data Migration

We are looking for an experienced data migration specialist to migrate approximately 50,000–60,000 invoices covering 3 years of financial data from Tally and another billing software into Zoho Books. Scope of Work: Extract invoice data (sales invoices, and related financial records) from Tally and a secondary billing software Clean, standardize, and map data fields to match Zoho Books' import format/schema Ensure accurate mapping of customers, items/products, tax details (GST/VAT as applicable), payment status, and dates Bulk import invoices into Zoho Books using Zoho's import tools, API, or a combination of both Validate migrated data for accuracy — matching invoice counts, totals, and balances against source systems Handle duplicate detection and data reconciliation Troubleshoot and resolve any import errors or data mismatches Provide a summary/report of the migration once complete Requirements: Proven experience with Zoho Books data migration/import (bulk imports, API usage) Strong working knowledge of Tally (data export/extraction) Experience with large-scale data migrations (50K+ records) and data cleaning in Excel/Google Sheets or scripting tools Familiarity with accounting/invoicing concepts (invoices, taxes, payment terms, customer/vendor records) Attention to detail and ability to ensure zero/minimal data loss during migration Good communication skills for status updates and issue reporting
