Zoho Books to NetSuite Data Migration Specialist (3 Companies) Project Overview We're migrating our financial data from Zoho Books to NetSuite across 3 separate company entities. We're looking for an experienced NetSuite consultant/developer with hands-on data migration expertise to plan, execute, and validate this migration end-to-end. Timeline: 1–2 months Scope of Work Assess and document current Zoho Books data structure across all 3 companies Build a data mapping plan (Zoho Books fields/records → NetSuite fields/records) Migrate core master data: Chart of Accounts, Customers, Vendors, Items/Products, Employees Migrate transactional data: open invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, and historical transactions (date range to be confirmed) Handle multi-entity/subsidiary setup in NetSuite if applicable Data cleansing and de-duplication prior to import Run a test migration in a NetSuite sandbox, validate against source data Reconcile balances (AR, AP, GL) post-migration Execute final production migration / go-live Provide documentation of the mapping and process for our internal records Requirements Proven experience migrating financial/ERP data into NetSuite (from Zoho Books specifically is a strong plus) Strong understanding of NetSuite's data model (CSV import, SuiteScript, or ODBC/API-based migration tools) Experience with Zoho Books data exports/API Comfortable working with multi-entity/multi-subsidiary NetSuite setups Detail-oriented with strong data reconciliation and QA skills Clear communicator, able to flag data discrepancies or edge cases proactively NetSuite certification(s) a plus, not required Deliverables Data mapping document (Zoho Books → NetSuite) Sandbox test migration with validation report Final production migration Reconciliation summary confirming balances match source Brief handover documentation Budget & Timeline Timeline: 1–2 months from project start Budget:$3000 Engagement type: Fixed Price Project To Apply, Please Include Relevant NetSuite migration projects you've completed (especially Zoho Books → NetSuite, if any) Your general approach to a migration like this Estimated timeline and availability Hourly rate or a rough project quote
