Zoho CRM Developer & Backend Expert

We’re looking for an experienced Zoho CRM developer and backend systems expert to help support and improve Zoho systems for client account. This is NOT a beginner VA role. We need someone who truly understands the Zoho ecosystem, can troubleshoot problems quickly, improve workflows, make backend updates, and help us optimize CRM operations for growing businesses. You should be comfortable with: * Zoho CRM setup and customization * Backend workflow automation * Creating and updating custom modules * Pipelines and deal stages * Forms and lead routing * Automation rules and triggers * Email integrations * Zoho Campaigns integration * Zoho Books / Invoice integrations * User permissions and roles * CRM cleanup and optimization * Fixing broken automations * API integrations (preferred) * Zapier / Make / webhook experience (plus) * Dashboard and reporting setup * Data imports / exports * Duplicate cleanup and organization * Helping improve overall CRM structure and usability Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Has REAL hands-on Zoho experience * Can explain things clearly in plain English * Is proactive and solution-oriented * Can identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements * Is organized and detail-oriented * Responds quickly and communicates well * Has experience supporting service-based businesses * Can work independently without constant hand-holding Bonus Points If You Have Experience With * Zoho One * Zoho Creator * Zoho Desk * Zoho Flow * Deluge scripting * Google Workspace integrations * Webflow integrations * API connections * AI/workflow automation * CRM optimization for sales teams Scope This will start as: * ongoing support * backend fixes * workflow updates * CRM optimization Potential for long-term work if it’s a good fit.
