Zoho CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM specialist** to take ownership of setting up, organizing, and optimizing our CRM during a dedicated **4-week implementation period**. This is not a basic data-entry role. We need someone who understands CRM architecture, workflows, automation, lead/customer journeys, forms, and integrations and can use their judgment to build a system that is practical, organized, and easy for our team to maintain. There may also be opportunities for occasional ongoing work as new campaigns, products, and initiatives are launched. ## Scope of Work During the 4-week engagement, responsibilities may include: * Audit and optimize the existing Zoho CRM setup * Configure pipelines, stages, fields, tags, lead sources, and customer records * Import and organize existing contacts and leads * Create or optimize Zoho forms as needed * Connect lead sources, forms, events, and other platforms where appropriate * Build useful workflows and automations * Set up lead/customer follow-up processes * Ensure campaign and source tracking is structured properly * Test workflows and integrations end-to-end * Explore and, where appropriate, implement **SMS/text messaging capabilities** * Recommend improvements based on business needs * Organize and document the CRM structure * Provide a simple team tutorial/handoff at the end of the engagement The exact priorities may evolve throughout the four weeks as the CRM is assessed and built. ## What We're Looking For The ideal person: * Has strong hands-on experience with **Zoho CRM** * Understands CRM automation and workflow design * Can integrate Zoho with external platforms/tools * Understands forms, lead capture, pipelines, and customer journeys * Can troubleshoot independently * Is comfortable making recommendations instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions * Thinks about how the CRM supports the business, not simply how to configure software * Communicates clearly and documents their work * Can leave behind a system that another team member can understand and operate Experience implementing SMS/text-message workflows within or alongside Zoho is a plus. ## Engagement **Duration:** 4 weeks **Type:** Project-based / fractional **Potential future work:** Periodic CRM support for new campaigns, integrations, automations, and system improvements.
