Zoho CRM/Zoho one implementation specialist for vent company

ZOHO CRM / ZOHO ONE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST NEEDED FOR EVENT COMPANY We are a South Florida event entertainment and activation company looking for an experienced Zoho CRM or Zoho One consultant to help us design, configure and implement a complete system for our business. We currently use QuickBooks Online and want to continue using it for accounting. We do not want to replace QuickBooks with Zoho Books. OUR BUSINESS NEEDS We need a system that can manage: • Leads, clients and contacts • Sales pipeline and follow-up reminders • Event dates, locations and schedules • Multiple services within one event, each with its own start and end time • Estimates and proposals with photos and descriptions • Client approval and electronic contracts • Deposits, payment schedules and payment status • Conversion of approved work into QuickBooks Online invoices • Purchase orders and assignments for independent contractors and performers • Vendor bills sent to QuickBooks Online when appropriate • Automated gig sheets containing all event and vendor details • Internal tasks and reminders for staff • Client types, referral sources and custom fields • Calendar views showing events, performers and staff • Reports showing sales, booked events, outstanding estimates and upcoming payments • Email templates and automated client follow-ups • Avoiding duplicate estimates, contacts and invoices The system should allow us to create an estimate, receive client approval, issue a contract, collect payment information, assign performers or vendors, produce a detailed gig sheet and send the appropriate information to QuickBooks Online. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal consultant must have: • Strong experience implementing Zoho CRM and Zoho One • Proven QuickBooks Online integration experience • Experience with Zoho Sign, Zoho Writer, Zoho Flow and custom automation • Experience creating custom modules, workflows, blueprints and templates • Knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs • Experience with service, event, entertainment or rental businesses is strongly preferred • Excellent English communication skills • The ability to explain the system in plain language • Experience training nontechnical users • Availability for ongoing support after implementation PROJECT APPROACH We would like to begin with a paid discovery and planning session. Before making changes to our live system, the selected consultant must provide: • A written workflow and implementation plan • A list of the Zoho applications recommended • An explanation of how Zoho will integrate with QuickBooks Online • A detailed price estimate • An estimated timeline • A description of what will be automated and what will remain manual Please do not recommend Zoho Books as a replacement for QuickBooks Online.
