Zoho CRM expert needed

Looking for CRM expert to help us with CRM choice and integration. We run an Store.here in LA. Currently, our call center phone system is RingCentral, and we use WordPress/contact 7 on our website. we are looking for a dedicated 3rd-party CRM to handle our customer communication. Our main requirements: Smart Calendar System: To schedule appointments with clients and automatically send text notifications to both the customer and our team after the appointment has been scheduled📅 Instant Lead Follow-Up: To automatically text a default message (e.g., "Thanks for contacting us, we'll review your details shortly...") right after a lead call drops or is missed via RingCentral or contact form.(we have autoresponder on email, need to add Sms feature too) Holiday & Seasonal Text Blasts: The ability to schedule automated holiday greetings (July 4th, Christmas, etc.) to our database. Customer List Management: we can add work process updates for each customer, so the system gonna sent sms messages to customer aboyt work status changes First of all we need to integrate this crm wit4h RingCentral and contact form Thank you!
