Zoho Campaigns emails landing in spam - need DNS/authentication fixed

Summary

We send a monthly newsletter to about 4,000 contacts through Zoho Campaigns. Open rates dropped off a cliff two months ago and we've confirmed we're landing in spam for Gmail and Outlook recipients. We think SPF and DKIM are set up but nobody here knows how to check. We've added a few other tools to our DNS over the past year. Domain is on Cloudflare.
