Zoho Creator - Create a password-protected/Magic Link Client Portal

Summary

We are looking for help to create a fairly straightforward Client Portal with a timeline/progress tracker and a module to upload documents required at different stages. We want it to be similar to Portle, but with either a MagicLink or password our clients have to enter, as we need any information and documents to be secure. As we are already using Zoho, ideally, it would be created on Zoho Creator. Please include in your proposal how you would build this.
