Zoho Forms + Zoho CRM Website Lead Capture Setup for Real Estate Agency

We're a small real estate agency — a handful of agents — and we just moved onto Zoho CRM to get organized. The problem: the inquiry form on our website still emails everything to a shared inbox, and leads get buried for days. By the time someone follows up, the buyer is already talking to another agent. I want website inquiries to land straight in Zoho CRM as leads — automatically, tagged by source — so nothing slips through. It's one form and one connection, nothing fancy. I'm not technical, so I need it set up in our account and tested, not a how-to guide.
