Summary

Lead the technical buildout and implementation of a company-wide AI and automation pivot across our real estate organization. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to identify where AI, automation, integrations, and better systems can reduce manual work, improve communication, increase accountability, and create more efficient workflows across sales, operations, marketing, administration, recruiting, training, transaction management, and lead management. The goal is not simply to introduce AI tools. The goal is to operationalize them into the way the company actually works.
