The event will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, live AI demonstrations, attendee networking, and practical business systems attendees can implement immediately. REQUIRED BASE PACKAGE We need one local videographer to provide: • Four hours of on-site coverage from 9:30 AM–1:30 PM • Speaker and presentation footage • Professional audio for important speaker moments • Audience reactions and event B-roll • Networking and behind-the-scenes footage • Three to five brief attendee testimonials • Organized usable raw footage • Transfer of the footage through Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar platform OPTIONAL EDITING PACKAGE Please also provide a separate add-on price for: • One 45–60 second event recap video • Two 15–30 second vertical social-media videos • Basic color correction • Licensed music • Burned-in captions on the vertical videos • One reasonable revision round We do not need: • Livestreaming • Drone footage • Same-day editing • Full-length editing of every presentation • A large production crew • An elaborate interview studio LOCAL REQUIREMENT You must be based in San Antonio or close enough to provide the quoted service without airfare, lodging, mileage, or other significant travel expenses.
