We’re looking for a reliable US-based Virtual Assistant to support our small gift fulfilment operation. This is a flexible, part-time contractor role (approximately 5–10 hours per month). Responsibilities - Assemble gift boxes according to detailed order instructions provided by our team. - Print postcards and handwrite personalised notes. - Prepare prepaid shipping labels using our company shipping accounts. - Pack completed orders and drop them off with the designated carrier. - Keep simple records of completed shipments and communicate order status with our team. What We’re Looking For - Based in the United States. - Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented. - Able to respond to orders within agreed timelines. - Previous experience with fulfilment, e-commerce, or shipping is a plus but not required.
