Confirm both render correctly in mobile share previews (X, LinkedIn, iMessage). Email footer — build and activate a branded footer (currently inactive, running beehiiv's bare default). Confirm it renders cleanly in mobile email clients (Gmail app, Apple Mail on iOS), not just desktop webmail. Publication description — rework the one-line discovery description to keep the current voice while adding concrete keywords (e.g. energy systems, geopolitics, economic transition, climate). Category tags — review and potemtially reset the three beehiiv publication tags for better recommendation-network match to an appropriate readership, rather than general climate-newsletter audiences. Site-wide design & mobile pass — review the homepage, post/archive pages, and subscribe page on both desktop and mobile: typography consistency (headings are set to Space Grotesk, body to Noto Serif — confirm this is applied everywhere), spacing and layout, and mobile-specific issues (navigation behaviour, image scaling, tap-target sizing, text legibility on small screens). Fix issues found, don't just flag them. Phase Shift is a systems-analysis newsletter on beehiiv covering energy, geopolitics, and economic transition, read by investors, policymakers, and researchers. We migrated from Ghost to beehiiv in July, and the platform-native design and discovery settings were never properly finished — we're still on placeholder image assets, default tags, and haven't confirmed the site holds up on mobile, where most of our readers actually open us. This is a fixed-price project, and we're aiming to complete it within two to three weeks of award.
