build and integrate a scraper into my custom CRM

We have a jobs board and need a full stack dev who is comfortable with Next.Js and TypeScript. Our client, admin, and server are all separately hosted. I am currently working on a task for the client, but also handling emails, meetings, and non-tech stuff as the site grows. Your goal is to build a tool that can scrape 3-4 websites twice a week and check if the job meets certain qualifications (I will share more details). We already have an AI transcriber mixed in with a humanizer, so you can feed the data to the OpenAI API afterward. I want to add a temporary site-scraper feature as we continue to grow - simple switch on the admin dash to turn on or off. - Cron that will run twice daily - Pulls info from at least 4 different websites in our niche - Pull existing information from them and compare if it already exists on our website or not. - If not, we give it to AI-humanizer to rewrite, and link it back to them (already exists). (the key is integrating this into our already existing codebase and not making it look like AI slop) Drop-servicers are not welcome -You know who you are. Freelancers working for Agencies are not welcome - please stay away. English is a must. However, communicating with me through AI is not ok.
