Job Title: Site Visit & LiDAR Scanning – Residential Properties (Honolulu, Hawaii) We are looking for a local real estate agent in Honolulu, Hawaii to perform site visits for residential projects, starting with single-family homes. Scope of Work: Visit residential properties in the Honolulu area. Capture the property using your own LiDAR-enabled iPhone or iPad. Take interior and exterior photos. Record basic site measurements, observations, and the locations of utility meters. Upload the LiDAR scan, photos, and site notes after each visit. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Each site visit typically takes about 1 hour. This is a project-based position with flexible scheduling and the potential for ongoing work.
