3D character animator (Need 3 animators) Long-term collaboration

We are looking to hire 3 skilled 3D Character Animators for a long-term project. Requirements: Strong experience in 3D character animation. Blender is our preferred software, but applicants using Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or other professional animation software are also welcome. Ability to create high-quality, expressive, and polished character animations. Good understanding of body mechanics, facial expressions, acting, timing, and lip-sync. What We Provide: You will receive everything needed to focus on animation: Script Storyboard 3D Character & Environment Models Voice-over Audio Your primary responsibility will be to bring the characters to life through professional-quality animation. Monthly Deliverables: Minimum 5 minutes of completed animation per month. Consistent communication and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Who We're Looking For: Mid to senior-level 3D animators with a strong portfolio. Experience with cinematic, storytelling, or YouTube-style animations is a plus. Ability to work independently while following the provided storyboard and direction. Please include: Your portfolio or showreel (character animation work only). The software you use.
