E-commerce Bookkeeper — 2025 Cleanup + Ongoing Monthly, Multi-Storefront, QuickBooks

I run an ecommerce business with multiple storefronts. All 2025 transactions are already imported into QuickBooks Online across all accounts and categorized, with payment processor activity broken out by gross sales, fees, refunds, and financing or advance payments. The prep work is done. What I need is a second set of expert eyes: verify the categorization, correct anything that's off, and perform full reconciliation of all bank, credit card, and payment accounts for 2025 against statements so the year is tax-ready. After that, ongoing monthly bookkeeping — categorization and reconciliation across all accounts. You must be QuickBooks certified with real ecommerce experience across platforms like WooCommerce and eBay, including payment processor payout reconciliation. Please include in your proposal: how many storefronts and processors you've reconciled before, a flat fixed-fee quote to review and reconcile 2025, and a separate flat monthly quote for ongoing work. Proposals without both flat quotes won't be considered.
