E-commerce Data Operations Specialist | Product Information & Inventory Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Data Operations Specialist to manage and maintain accurate product and inventory data across our online stores. This role focuses on product data entry, product information management, inventory updates, data cleaning, and maintaining consistent product records. You will handle product data entry, product titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, variants, categories, attributes, images, inventory levels, and other product information. Responsibilities also include updating spreadsheets, importing and exporting CSV files, checking product data, identifying errors, performing data validation, and keeping inventory records accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate has experience with e-commerce data entry, product data management, inventory management, spreadsheet management, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CSV data, product research, data cleaning, data extraction, and online store administration. Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is a strong advantage.
