E-commerce Product Image Designer and Retoucher (Shopify Brand, Long-Term)

We are JD Health Tech, a UK e-commerce brand selling personal sound amplifiers and accessories through Shopify and Amazon UK. Our aesthetic is clean, modern, and tech-forward, closer to Bose or Jabra than a typical health brand. We are looking for a skilled e-commerce visual designer for ongoing, as-needed work. This is a long-term role for the right person. Work will include: Retouching and enhancing supplier product photos (cut-outs, colour correction, shadows, compositing) Creating hero banners and collection banners for our Shopify store, in desktop and mobile sizes Product infographics and feature graphics for Amazon listings Promotional graphics for email and social Using AI tools (Generative Fill, Midjourney, upscalers) where helpful to create lifestyle scenes and improve low-resolution source images You will work from our brand kit (colours, fonts, tone guidelines) and a simple brief for each asset. Volume will vary month to month, so this suits someone who wants a reliable repeat client rather than a fixed weekly schedule. You are a great fit if you have: Advanced Photoshop skills, especially masking, compositing, and product retouching A portfolio showing e-commerce product imagery and banners, ideally with before and after retouching examples Experience designing for Shopify or Amazon specifically A clean, premium design style with strong typography Good written English and clear, prompt communication Experience using AI image tools as part of a production workflow (a plus, not essential) Our audience is adults aged 45 to 65, so we value: Legible text sizes and strong contrast Uncluttered, trustworthy layouts No loud, gimmicky, or discount-heavy styling How to apply: Start your proposal with the word "Clarity" so we know you have read this post.
