E-commerce Virtual Assistant for Growing Online Business

We are looking for a reliable and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team for a long-term collaboration. We run multiple e-commerce brands and are looking for someone who can support us with various day-to-day tasks and gradually take on more responsibility as we grow. Your tasks may include: General e-commerce and administrative tasks Working with Shopify and other e-commerce tools Managing and organizing spreadsheets Basic Facebook/Meta-related tasks Product and competitor research Checking orders, tracking and fulfillment Communicating with team members and suppliers Data entry and keeping information organized Other operational tasks that come up within our businesses We are not looking for someone who already knows absolutely everything. What matters most is that you are reliable, detail-oriented, quick to learn and comfortable figuring things out. We value someone who: Communicates clearly Follows instructions carefully Takes initiative instead of waiting for every next step Is comfortable working with different online tools Can work independently Is available consistently Is interested in a long-term position and growing together with our businesses Experience with Shopify, Meta/Facebook, Google Sheets, Slack, Trello or other e-commerce tools is a plus.
