AI Ad Content Creator — Short-Form Video & Social Media We’re looking for a creative, performance-driven AI Ad Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. Your job is simple: turn ideas and raw content into scroll-stopping ads and social videos that generate leads. What You’ll Do * Create Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts & social ads * Turn long-form content into multiple short videos * Create strong hooks and multiple ad variations for testing * Use AI tools to create and repurpose content quickly * Add captions, B-roll, graphics and AI-generated elements * Work with our Growth Lead to execute content strategy * Learn from performance data and continuously improve creatives We’re Looking For Someone Who * Understands hooks, storytelling and direct-response advertising * Is experienced with AI content tools + video editing * Thinks like a marketer, not just an editor * Can work independently and move FAST * Is creative and constantly tests new ideas Experience with ChatGPT, CapCut/Premiere, HeyGen, Canva and similar AI tools is a plus.
